Regardless of the type of support that you need, you will receive a response within 24 hours. In addition, your organization can determine the total number of users authorized to utilize our support services at no extra cost.
ClassroomRevolution Moodle Support
Organization that contract with us for Moodle support services are welcome to provide an unlimited number of members of their organization with access to our Moodle support site. Hosting clients may use this site to report and request technical support services including: reporting software errors or performance issues, requesting a software upgrade, or requesting the installation of a third-party Moodle module, block, or modification. Technical support is included free of charge with every Moodle hosting account.
We also offer hosting clients additional Moodle support services. Organizations in need of usability assistance, administrative support, or telephone support can purchase an annual Moodle support contract for $1,000. Organizations that host their own Moodle site may purchase an annual Moodle support contract for $2,000.

How does it work?
Any hosting client may open an annual Moodle support contract with us at any time by making a minimum payment of $1,000. We bill against the available support funds based on the type of support services that are requested and maintain a record of any remaining funds which may be used for future support requests.
Support contract billing is calculated according to the following schedule:
- Usability support is billed at the rate of $100/hour. If you only utilize online support, a $1,000 annual support contract will provide 10 hours of online support per year. A $2,000 annual Moodle support contract, available to any organization hosting their own Moodle site will provide 20 hours of online support per year.
- Administrative support is billed at the rate of $150/hour. If you only utilize administrative support, our $1,000 annual Moodle support contract, available to our Moodle hosting customers will provide over 6 hours of administrative support per year. A $2,000 annual Moodle support contract, available to any organization hosting their own Moodle site will provide over 12 hours of administrative support per year.
- Telephone support is billed at the rate of $200/hour. If you only utilize telephone support, a $1,000 annual support contract will provide 5 hours of telephone support per year. A $2,000 annual Moodle support contract, available to any organization hosting their own Moodle site will provide 10 hours of telephone support per year.
All of our support services are billed in 15 minute increments (e.g., 1-15 minutes = 15 minutes; 16-30 minutes = 30 minutes, etc.). All of the funds designated for your annual support contract must be used within 1 year. Any support funds left unused after 1 year has passed are not eligible for a refund.

Administrative support can also be used to request minor modifications to the functionality of your Moodle site. As a support contract client, you can use your organization's exclusive Moodle support forum to request these administrative services. One of our highly experienced Moodle technical support specialists will acknowledge your administrative request within 24 hours. If it will take more than one hour for us to fulfill your administrative request, we will first reply with an estimate of the time it will take and provide a time line for completion.
Telephone Support
