Free Moodle software upgrades: GIT updates to address any security-related concerns are automatically installed. Any major (e.g., 3.1 to 3.2) or minor point release (e.g., 3.2.1 to 3.2.2) upgrade can be requested by submitting a technical support ticket. Doing so allows us to coordinate with you or your staff in order to minimize any disruption of your Moodle web site.
Our annual Moodle Success Service is also available to provide usability, administrative, and telephone solutions at a discounted rate for our Cloud Moodle Hosting clients.
